In collaboration with GTrue Studios, MEME prepared a feasibility report researching and analyzing the impact of an expansion of its existing tenant space with an addition of a new Mezzanine.  The retailer has an increasing demand for customers gathering after hours, so the goal is to understand the implications to the occupancy type, the building infrastructure including building systems, egress, rating of walls, ADA, and plumbing fixture requirements for three different design approaches.  The project has since completed design of one of the three approaches.  Although the project was put on hold for 1.5 years to raise Kickstarter funds and complete negotiations with the Landlord, the project is now under construction as of April 2016.  Located in Concord, California.
