As an independent consultant to the Mexican Heritage Corporation, a non-profit 501(c)3, Alice managed a $2.1M budget to procure fixtures, furnishings and equipment for a new $30M multi-use arts complex.  Alice assessed user needs, programming, and prepared and conducted all public bid procedures for each package.  She acted as an Owner's Rep and key liaison between the Client, Construction Manager, and the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Jose.  Just before the grand opening, Alice developed the center's Facility Use Policy and Operations Procedures, drawing from her previous 7+ years of arts facilities and operations experience at Yerba Buena Center in South of Market- San Francisco and Cal Performances on the UC Berkeley campus.  Completed in 1999.  Located in San Jose, California.
